Atonepointwedecidedthatbowlingwasalotlikecurlingsinceyouhaveabiglongsheetthatyouthrowrocks
down.Sooccasionallywhensomeonewasbowlingwewouldgetuptherewiththemandastheballwas
rollingdownthelanewewouldallyell"Hurry!HurryHard!"asifwewerecurling.Itwasfun.Afterbowlingwe
allwenttoLonestar'shouse(itwasherbirthday)andjustsataroundandtalked.Now,thatmayseemlikea
normalactivitytomostpeople,butformeitwassheeragony.Yousee,I'mnotmuchofatalker(thosewhoknow
mewillbegaspingattheobviousnessofthatstatement)So,sittinginaroomwithsevenotherpeoplewhoare
doingabsolutelynothingbutsittingandtalkingateachotherisn'tmyideaofagoodtime.ButItriedtobepolite
andjoininnowandthen,butafterthefirsthourmystrengthwaveredandIbecamesilent,justlisteningandtrying
topayattentiontowhatwasbeingsaid.Atanygivenpointtherewereaboutthreeseperateconversations
happeningamonstthegroupassembled,andafterawhileIstoppedtryingtolistentoanyoneconversation
andjustlistenedtothedroneofpeople'svoicesastheybouncedaroundtheroom.Eventuallytheyseemed
tocoaleceintoamurmeredhummingsoundandIwasinaweathowmostpeoplecanjusttalkandtalkandtalk
likethat.Itisaskill,I'mafraidIwillneverhave.Ineedtobedoingsomethingtoenjoymyselfwithothers,especially
largegroups.Icanhandlesmallgroups(sayuptofour)ok,butthefewerthebetter.I'mabesttalkerwhenI'm
onlychattingwithoneotherperson.Butanyway,thattopicisgettingold,whatelsecanIrambleabout.Ibought
areallycoolmetallicdragonatmyrecenttriptoVancouver.Paidwaytomuchforit,butIhadbeeneyeingitin
thestoreforquitesometimenow.I'vebeentravellingalotlately,toCastlegar,thentoVancouver,andsoon
